A PROJECT CALLED 'I AM 1/10'

Hello people who actually visit this bog blog, I'd like to tell you about something I'm doing that I think is exciting, although you are within your rights to think it's crap.

I AM 1/10 is a project I'm doing with soon to be launched news, art, music, internet place The Double Negative, on their fine, fine online shop you will be able to buy a special print of my work, made especially to be sold through them, there will be 10 of each design and that's it, it'll be the only time that print is available in anyway, so instead of thinking one day, you'll have to think, shit! now!

Or atleast that's the hope, we'll see how it goes won't we...

I hate writing about money based shit, it comes out badly, but yes I am trying to make you give me your money.

Here's the front cover to 'As God As My Witness' - the wrestling zine I'm illustrating for Belly Kids which they're describing as "Crammed full of pictures, essays and photographs this zine is inspired by the memories and charisma of professional wrestling", Wrestling is obviously brilliant, don't be a snob. You probably pretend you don't like listening to System of a Down on the sly. Well stop it. Do what you like etc.

Will be out before the end of the year.

Summer time, Shmummer time. I can't wait to get my coat, gloves, hat and scarf back on. This was done for Domestic Etch's Summer issue, It didn't make the cut. I did draw a dog shitting next to a fat burning drunken mans head though, so it shouldn't be any great surprise.

MONOBROW - FAREWELL

On the 15th of July, the free-noise collective known as MONOBROW started by me and Pete from Mugstar, will cease to exist, this is of course dead sad, but is also good. Here's another animally poster, for Nathan Bell, who on his last visit to Liverpool got jibbed off at the border and sent back to America, what a load of shite. Best of luck this time Mr Bell. GHOST EFFECTS MIND ROCKER

HOLY SCREENPRINTED FUZZ PEDAL WITH MY DRAWING ON BATMAN!

Ian from Ghost Effects got in touch with me about designing a single colour screen print for a new pedal he was working on, and here it is!

The pedal is called the "Mind Rocker" and is a tweaked bass heavy / loud Fuzz Face / Tonebender1.5. The fuzz is fixed at max, and the filter control is like the timbre control on a Baldwin / Burns Buzzaround but slightly less drastic. He will also be doing these with fuzz / attack control instead of the tone/filter (but still labelled filter!)"

Available in Green, Blue, Gold and Pink (run of 10). Get in touch with him, get one, put it through some amps and play some riffs, go on!

WELCOME TO THE FUTURE

Happy New Year to all you people who seem to come and visit this little blog! The amount of visitors in 2010 was pretty ridiculous, so come back more often this year! I also got to do loads of drawings, have a poster up in one exhibition and have another little exhibition of my own. Pretty good year drawings wise, and all the other wises!
